Apiary had the honor of designing the courtyard terrace for a live-work compound on a unique street-to-street lot in Fishtown, Philadelphia designed by Bright Common. The intervening terrace connects a new garage and studio at the back of the lot to the primary residence at the front. Platforms spanning a moderate grade change help to delineate outdoor rooms for dining, storage/utility, play, and gardening.
